"I grabbed this plugin from CodeCanyon…"
I grabbed this plugin from CodeCanyon and, it was about what the page said. The features were all there, the screenshots gave a decent idea of what I was getting, and there wasn’t any of that annoying “wait, this isn’t what I bought” stuff after installing it. Got it set up the same day without much fuss. Solid enough, I’d buy from them again

I have to blame the support team for making the whole process smoother than I expected. They were really helpful, quick to respond, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. Solid experience overall

"Decent plugin, but compatibility was a headache"
I bought a plugin from codecanyon and at first it seemed like it would do the job, but there was something about it that just didn’t play nicely with my theme. Support did respond and tried to help, but it mostly came back to them saying it was a theme issue. I ended up spending extra time fixing things on my own. It’s not the worst experience, but I really wish the compatibility details were clearer before buying.

"Install was okay, but a bit confusing"
I bought a script from codecanyon and getting it set up was kind of a mixed experience. The files were all there and the docs helped here and there, but a few parts felt a little vague or like something was missing. I eventually got it working after messing around with it for a while and reading through some comments. It’s not awful or anything, but if you’re not really used to hosting and setup stuff, it can be annoying.

I've been using it for a bit now, the code has been really reliable!!! No weird crashes or random issues so far, which is such a relief!!! Everything just works the way it's supposed to!!!

"Okay for small stuff, but I’m cautious"
I’ve picked up a few scripts from CodeCanyon over time, and some of them have been totally fine. But the security side of it doesn’t always feel super solid to me. A lot depends on the individual seller, so if something comes up, you might be waiting around for an update or scrolling through comments trying to figure out what’s going on with it. Support can be great or kind of absent, depending on who you get. It’s not terrible, and I’d still use it for smaller things, but I wouldn’t really trust it for anything too important

I picked up a plugin from CodeCanyon and it turned out better than I expected. I’ve bought a few plugins in the past that needed a ton of cleanup or had confusing docs, so this was a nice change. The code was clean, the documentation actually made sense, and I had it running without much messing around. I only had to make one small tweak, but overall I’m really happy with the quality.

I’m kind of surprised, but stuff I bought there is still getting updates even after years. I’ve run into a few issues here and there, though nothing too major, and the maintainers usually seem to sort things out quickly. Overall, I’d say it’s been a solid experience

I bought a script from CodeCanyon and ran into an issue after installing it. I know these things can happen with software, so I wasn’t too worried at first, but the support response took quite a while. When they finally got back to me, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d written, so I had to explain the same problem again. It did get partly sorted in the end, but the whole experience reminded me how important clear and attentive support is after a purchase. The product may be okay, but the customer service side was weak for me.
